  • In individual sessions, I focus on building a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship with you where we can safely examine how developmental, relational, and environmental realities might have influenced your psychological health.

    I believe that each individual’s case is unique, so my approach focuses on remaining curious, open, and creative. I find that therapy is most beneficial when we are able to be honest with ourselves and hold ourselves accountable. I try to achieve this through a style that is at once gentle and firm.

  • I offer group therapy that typically serves 8 individuals and run for 12 weeks.

    Group sessions are an opportunity for group members to learn about mental health topics, build coping mechanisms and increase support in their lives. Examples of topics addressed in group services include: stress, anxiety, burnout, depression and loneliness.
